V.1.2 General terms and conditions for conferences and room occupancy in the hotel
Dear seminar organizer, dear guests,
Our aim is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This also means that you should know exactly what services we provide, what we are responsible for and what obligations you have towards us.
1. the contract is concluded as soon as the room(s) is/are ordered and confirmed or, if a confirmation is no longer possible due to time constraints, made available. Verbal agreements shall only become effective once they have been confirmed in writing by the hotel.
2. option dates are binding for both contracting parties. The hotel reserves the right to reallocate the reserved conference rooms/rooms after the option dates have expired.
3. if several persons, in particular groups, are registered, the list of participants should be made available to the hotel at least 5 days before arrival in the interest of all parties.
4. if the content of the reservation confirmation deviates from the content of the registration, the deviating content of the confirmation shall become binding for the guest and for the hotelier if the guest does not make use of the option to withdraw from the contract within 10 days.
5. reserved conference rooms are only available to the service participant at the time agreed in writing. Use of the rooms beyond the agreed period requires prior consultation with the hotel. Reserved hotel rooms are available to the guest from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Unless an arrival time has been expressly agreed, the hotel reserves the right to reallocate reserved hotel rooms after 18:00.
6. guests are requested to inform reception of their departure by 20:00 at the latest on the day before departure in the event of early departure; half the room rate is payable for departures before 18:00 and the full room rate after 18:00.
7. the services that are contractually agreed are specified in the reservation confirmation, which refers to them.
8. a refund of services ordered but not used is not possible.
9. the prices quoted are inclusive prices and include service charge and value added tax (VAT).
10. if the period between conclusion of the contract and provision of the service exceeds six months, the hotel reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice.
11. in the event of changes or cancellations of reserved rooms/rooms and arrangements, an invoice will be issued.

12. a change in the number of participants must be communicated at least 3 days before the start of the event, otherwise at least the ordered number of the agreed services or arrangement will be charged.
13 The organizer/orderer is liable for the payment of any additional food and drinks ordered by the event participants.
14. faults in technical or other equipment provided shall be rectified immediately as far as possible. However, payments may not be withheld or reduced.
15. our invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.
16 We reserve the right to correct errors as well as printing and calculation errors.
17. the invalidity of individual provisions of the contract or these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining agreement.
(18) For all disputes arising from this contract and its fulfillment, the jurisdiction of the local court of Aurich is agreed, as far as legally permissible.
