For our guests with reduced mobility we provide our in-house electro-mobile on loan. Please let us know when you do your booking.

Here is some essential information regarding accessibility in our hotel:

You have access to our hotel and restaurant area through a ramp at the hotel entrance Gorch-Fock-Strasse. All areas in the house are accessible despite the sauna that has one step in transition.

Two of our double rooms and suites are accessible and each room provides:
• a walk-in shower
• grab rails on both sides of the toilet
• grab bar and seat in the shower
• einhändig verstellbare Höhe der Handbrause

In addition we are happy to provide shower stool and toilet seat. Please feel free to contact us.

Our elevator has a footprint of 90 cm x 140 cm, the outer ramp is 130 cm wide and offers an accessable landing halfway. The height of our toilet seats is 45 cm, the accessible height of the washbasins is 66 cm. You will find your place to sleep at a height of 52 cm.
